Doctor On Demand needed to increase virtual care visits to meet revenue targets. However, the platform was struggling with low discoverability and user engagement—potential patients weren't finding the website through search engines, and existing users weren't engaging deeply enough with the app to convert into regular visits.
The solution.
Working with the web team, I identified high-intent keywords likely to convert members in active need of treatment. After creating a list of high-value keywords and evaluating priority according to seasonality and ROI, I build out a robust conditions-specific blog to convert readers into active patients.
