Improving organizational culture

After the pandemic, hospital staff around the country were feeling exhausted, which was reflected in high turnover and increased burnout. Leadership at a hospital in Virginia were looking for a way to improve morale and get employees excited about the amazing work they were doing. 

The solution.

Working with a creative agency, I wrote feature stories of staff and employees who were going above and beyond. These stories were sent to all staff via a newsletter.

The outcome

It was a huge success with those featured feeling recognized for their work while their co-workers loved seeing what others were doing. These stories helped remind the staff of the amazing work they were doing.
